  • Supplier bills/receipts
  • Payroll reports (employee summary, pay runs, STP, super) if applicable
  • Payment gateway statements (Stripe/PayPal/Square/Afterpay)
  • ATO/BAS/IAS notices (if GST registered)
  • Trial Balance & General Ledger exports if migrating systems

If you use Xero/QBO/MYOB, please invite info@xactifyaccounts.com.au as an Adviser and upload statements for faster reconciliation.

💡 Catch-up bookkeeping is billed at a premium rate of $80/hour or approx. $1.80–$2.00 per transaction.
Final quote depends on the number of transactions, missing records, and software setup.
We will review your records and send you a tailored catch-up invoice before starting.
