4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging us, you:

  • Authorise us to use the information you provide for service delivery

  • Confirm all information supplied is accurate and lawful

  • Agree to review and approve all outputs before use

  • Remain responsible for business decisions and outcomes


5. Timeframes

Service timeframes depend on the scope of work, client responsiveness, and system availability. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.


6. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed

  • Third-party costs requested by you are non-refundable once incurred

  • One-time services may be cancelled within 24 hours if work has not commenced
